2. Handcrafted Product Variations

  • All our candles and products are meticulously handcrafted and often made in small batches.

  • Minor Variations: Due to the nature of handmade artistry, minor variations in color, finish, fragrance intensity, wax texture, or overall appearance may occur.

  • These variations are unique characteristics of handcrafted items and will not be treated as product defects or grounds for returns/refunds.

3. Pricing and Availability

  • Modifications: Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Rights Reserved: Aurora by Vimpy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, fragrance, packaging, pricing, or promotional offer at its sole discretion at any time.

4. Custom and Bulk Orders

  • All custom, personalized, or corporate bulk orders are subject to design feasibility, material availability, and production capacity.

  • Timelines, advance payment terms, and final delivery details for bulk orders will be mutually agreed upon and require final confirmation from Aurora by Vimpy before production begins.

  • Once confirmed and custom production starts, these orders cannot be cancelled or altered.

5. Product Safety and Liability

  • Customers are advised to follow standard candle safety guidelines (e.g., never leaving a burning candle unattended, keeping away from children/pets, burning on a heat-resistant surface, and trimming the wick).

  • Aurora by Vimpy will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the misuse or negligent handling of our products.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where the brand operations are based.
